Because most LilyLucas products are custom-made at the time of purchase we are unable to offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. However, we do offer a full 30-Day Guarantee on all items. If any product is damaged or broken upon arrival we will replace it for free. A 1 year warranty is available for purchase for some custom jewelry. We recommend you purchase this warranty to guarantee a replacement in the event the product is damaged past our normal 30-day guarantee.
To request a replacement, please follow these steps:
- Contact our team at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving damaged product
- E-mail photographic evidence of the damaged product
- Include a copy of your receipt
Our team will review your request and you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 3 business days. Upon approval, your replacement item will arrive within 30 days (typically sooner).
